Kent’s Neighborhood Council Program is an opportunity for neighborhoods to partner with the city for communication and neighborhood improvement. North Scenic Hill Neighborhood Council (NSHNC) is proud to be a part of the program.
Any person sixteen (16) years of age or older and a resident, person or legal entity owning real property, leasing or renting real property, business licensees or professional office, government agency or nonprofit corporation within the boundaries of the NSHNC qualify to become a member.
General Membership meetings are open to everyone (Member or Not). Join us to exchange ideas and converse about concerns and other topics relevant to the neighborhood. You can get updates on projects and events, meet your neighbors, NSH council members, special guests, including at times Kent City officials and staff.
Your input is appreciated!
Up comming scheduled General Membership meetings are Thursday, Sept. 12 and Thursday, Nov. 7 at the Kent Senior Activities Center.

Neighborhood Projects (like our ongoing Gowe Street Park clean-up)
More of a doer than a meeting person? Project and event groups meet separately from general membership meetings and can be flexible in format (meet in-person or communicate electronically).
Meet your neighbors, learn something new and/or get involved with a project or event. Join in!
We love Scenic Hill and strive to make it better for all! Come join Us!
Note: Membership is free, there are no dues, and the NSHNC is Not An HOA.
